When you request a demo or send a message, we store your name, email, company, phone, team size, and the contents of your message so we can respond. Server logs may include IP address and browser type for security and reliability.
How we use it
We use inquiry data to schedule demos, answer questions, and improve the site. We do not sell personal information. Product usage data, if you become a customer, is governed by your customer agreement.
Retention
Inquiry records are kept as long as needed to complete the conversation and for a reasonable business archive, then deleted or anonymized unless we are required to keep them.
